Today I went to a game dinner hosted by Jason Little and Corey Black at Blackbirds restaurant in Sayville on the corner of Broadway and Montauk Highway. It is a great place to eat and all the hunting community was there. It was a lot of fun.

Blackbirds has a great bar and TV screens everywhere.
The propriators Jason Little on the left and Corey Black on the right. The run a great establishment. Just the place you want to go for a group dinner or just to hang out and watch a ball game or have a snack and a couple of drinks.
Today's game dinner was prepared by head chef Peter Fozio here on the left. Foz can really cook game. We had antelope salad with marinated antelope that melted in your mouth and beautiful fresh greens with tomatoes and mozzerela. That was followed by bear chili in a bread bowl and the topped off with the main course of venison tenderloins wrapped in bacon and served medium rare. It was the best.
Here is my crew from the left, PJ Johnston, Pete Johnston, Artie Cipoletti, Buddy Cipoletti, Gary Arnold and Jim Conte. We all had a great time.
These are shots of the rest of the tables present for the feast. On this table in the forefront with the tan shirt is George Rigby who is a great guy and loves to cook and have good times with fellow hunters and fishermen.
