This 245lbs Mako was caught out of Fire Island inlet aboard the 26 Regulator "Chop Chop". The shark came right into the slick and ate the flat lined Mackerel.

Vladimir and I went fishing today off of Kennebunkport. Fishing was kind of slow but managed 1 small Bass. Vlady and I love your site and wish we could make your party on the 22 of July but we are both kind of busy.

Anthony DeBlasio and cousin Tony Where up in P Town Mass on a fishing trip where they caught flounder up to 3 2.5 pounds and Blackfish to 5 pounds
5/9 -5/13
Fished 3 out of the 5 days and had good success each time out. I already reported on the inshore activity we had on 5/9. On 5/10 we went offshore and scored well with the mahi with fish going 14 lbs. and 20 lbs. We also had some fun with a bunch of bonito on light spinning tackle. No luck raising any sailfish though. Did hear of some reports of fish being raised. Our next fishing day was 5/12 again offshore.
5/9 -5/13
Headed back to the same spot where we had the fish on 5/10 and had success again. It took a decent amount of time trolling around to find a body of fish but we were able to hook up with the mahi again with the noteworthy fish of the day going 22 lbs. We struck out on the sailfish action this trip but did see a sailfish boated and heard of a bunch more being caught. Fishing down here is red hot now and leaving is tough, but looking forward to some good spring bass action back north.

Today was the first day of a week of fishing down in Stuart Florida. It has been real windy so getting offshore was nearly impossible so we stuck inshore and had a decent day with little action. Nothing too noteworthy except for the Big Jack that topped the scales at 14lbs. The fish was taken on an artificial with light spinning tackle and just about spooled the reel.

Had an excellent trip to Guatemala at the end of March. I fished 4 days for sailfish both on conventional and on fly gear. My best day I Caught 6 Sailfish.
