John Conte (Jim's brother) sent me this photo of a super big brown trout that he took in England where he now lives.
He caught this monster brown trout, 10lb, 1 oz. on the River Test, Newton Stacey, Hampshire, England. It took a dry Mayfly, and it was on a 3lb tippet! It is the largest brown caught on this river since the early 1800's and maybe the largest ever.
